Course Summary

This is the introductory module for our new Inclusive Leadership programme of CPD certified professional training. The workshop explores the role of identity and live experience on our leadership style and approaches. Providing reflective practice opportunities and considerations for how we can all leverage our personal and professional experiences to improve our inclusive practices. You will be guided through the workshop by 2 training videos, a resource guidance video, downloadable learner resource and a PDF of the slide deck. Completion of the course provides learners with 5 CPD hours. Our courses provide effective skills and competence-based learning to develop and implement diversity strategies for organisations of all sizes. We include access to our Diversity in Practice Community where our expert team host monthly calls to support reflective practice and shared learning among our network of values-driven leaders. D’Rose training offers practical solutions using inclusive learning models to establish practical action plans for professionals who want to lead positive change in their organisation. Hi I'm Sabrina Shadie the founder of D'Rose Ethics & Equity Academy, a multi-award winning training and development consultancy.

My business is built on my lived experiences and my commitment to supporting my communities. Over the years we have been able to share our experiences and learning with others. Supporting and advocating for improved inclusion, stakeholder engagement, access for people with disabilities, raising awareness about invisible disabilities, championing openness, promoting diversity, embedding mental health and wellbeing approaches and establishing effective support and community spaces for individuals and professionals.

Our range of community spaces, courses and learning materials have been carefully crafted from these experiences and my professional expertise, to support learners enhance their own skills and be empowered. By working collaboratively and equipping people with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make the changes where they are needed, we can improve inclusion and wellbeing outcomes.
