This is the introductory module for our new Inclusive Leadership programme of CPD certified professional training. The workshop explores the role of identity and live experience on our leadership style and approaches. Providing reflective practice opportunities and considerations for how we can all leverage our personal and professional experiences to improve our inclusive practices. You will be guided through the workshop by 2 training videos, a resource guidance video, downloadable learner resource and a PDF of the slide deck. Completion of the course provides learners with 5 CPD hours. Our courses provide effective skills and competence-based learning to develop and implement diversity strategies for organisations of all sizes. We include access to our Diversity in Practice Community where our expert team host monthly calls to support reflective practice and shared learning among our network of values-driven leaders.
